Okay does anyone have a more fact based layout of the monthly costs involved. Is this just speculation at this point or did Webzen announce that there will be monthly fees? Just curious because my clan is considering making this one of the games we play and I need to know this kind of info up front.

Also will the servers be rented? I saw that mentioned a few post back and am wondering why the hell I would want to pay a monthly fee on top of renting a server. Most games I have played that required a fee had servers that were included in the fee.
