There were mentions from the devs that control of the zerglings (Fuck you, I'll call em zerglings if I want to) might be possible for the alternatives. One mention of this went back to the video of the one chick calling on the other zerglings to attack the squad slaughtering them.
However, KK has said that right now you can't play that race and the minor control is a very BIG maybe.
